Alfalah Concrete is a precast concrete factory that makes complete roofing systems — girders and slabs — along with boundary walls and columns. Instead of weeks of shuttering, steel binding and waiting for concrete to set on your site, our elements are cast and cured in the yard and arrive ready to install.

The precast girder-slab system replaces weeks of on-site shuttering and casting with factory-made parts that go up fast.
Share your map or room sizes. We work out the girder lengths, spacing and number of slabs, and give you a clear quote.
Factory-cured girders are delivered and placed across the walls at fixed spacing — no shuttering, no wooden balli.
Precast slabs are set between the girders. Your roof shape is complete in a matter of hours.
A steel mesh and a thin layer of concrete are poured on top, joining everything into one strong, waterproof roof.

It is a roof made from concrete parts cast in our factory. Girders are placed across your walls, slabs are laid between them, and a steel mesh with a thin concrete topping is poured on top. The result is one solid roof — built without shuttering or wooden balli.
Yes. Girders are made with high-tensile steel and properly water-cured, so they reach full strength before they reach your site. Because they are made in moulds under supervision, quality is more consistent than concrete mixed by hand on site.
